Display ads and sponsorships may be added only with visible labels.
Builder/project pages must be marked as sponsored if paid.
Lead forms must say who receives the enquiry before a reader submits.
Editorial pages cannot sell rankings or pretend paid projects are independent picks.

At launch, the site is an owned content asset. If paid listings, builder ads, or buyer lead forms are added, they should be clearly disclosed.
